For product and platform work we standardized on Laravel and Livewire with Tailwind and Alpine: one codebase, one language, server-side state — no API written twice, no separate frontend build to babysit.
Where the work is telemetry rather than product, Go and Python do the second half: collection, protocol adapters and data paths. The stack follows the operation, not the other way round.
