Why we stayed narrow
We started inside operations teams, not agencies. Five years later the work is still the same shape: telemetry that has to arrive, integrations that have to reconcile, platforms that have to survive the night shift.
In 2025 we put a company around it. The entity is new, the team and the codebases are not — BSQ s. r. o. is the legal form of work that was already running.
Staying small is the strategy. Every project has a senior lead who was in the first meeting, and the platform we sell is the one we operate ourselves.
