Why we stayed narrow
We started inside operations teams, not in an agency. Five years later the work is still the same: telemetry that has to arrive, integrations that have to agree, and platforms that have to survive the night shift.
In 2025 we built a company around that work. The company is new, the team and the codebases are not — BSQ s. r. o. is the legal form of something that was already running.
Staying small is a decision. Every project has a senior lead who was in the first meeting, and the foundation we offer is the same one we run ourselves.
